We have payment methods for direct premium notice, coupon book, bank draft, family bill and credit card. We can see these on the policy inquiry screen. Now that we have email billing, we need a payment method for that so we can see what type of billing they selected. We know we can go into the client to see but that is time consuming and would be much easier if we had a payment method we could see on initial inquiry. This would be helpful when we get calls about billing and then to run reports on the different types of billing we have.
