We currently mail out requests for balance letters. We need to add additional letters for 2016 & after. We all in all will need letters for before 2016 (which we have) and then 2016 and after. The system will need to know the effective date of the contract to know which letter is needed. I have attached the letter with the added wording we want to add to letters effective 2016 and after. That wording is: *If a paper billing method such as mail or coupon book is selected, a $2 billing fee will be added to each scheduled payment. The template may need to be adjusted to fit the new wording.
