add "notes" to the bank client record

In customer service we maintain bank drafts records with bank information.  If we have a bank that has changed names, it would be nice to have a place to put in a note stating that we changed it and why instead of having to add another branch for the same bank.  The trail of where this is, is: 

Billing > Automatic Payments > Account Control - APP800 > Account Control > Update Account Control > Banks > Display Bank
