We cannot process more than one check by phone per day per contract number. We need this to be the same when paying in OA under the new "pay by bank draft' option. This will eliminate duplicate payments and possible overdraft fees from being charged to the customer.
Example, FA1147975 processed an online payment on 7/21 twice. We don't know if this was intentional but RTL kicked out both payments.
