We need to change the wording on the "FINAL DOWNGRADE" AND "NRECFINDWNGD" letter templates..
“As the funeral director, we are asking for your direction in notifying the family of their level of coverage.” Should now read, “We are asking a representative of the funeral home for direction in notifying the family of their level of coverage.”
And the signature line should be change to “Funeral Home Representative”.
