customers calling in not receiving email notification when on email billing

We have had several customers call and state that they have not received their email notification that they have a statement available.  We can see a statement in imaging but they do not receive anything from us. Kyle told us to email Zack to check our servers to make sure they are going out.  I have attached Zack's response to this question.
