We need a way to enter/log benefits requests to automatically generate annually

We have lots of requests for annual policy benefit letters and we have to enter a follow-up to repeat as a reminder to generate annually. We need a way to enter in the requests so they automatically generate  on the policy anniversary date.  Something similar to our balance letter request program where we can enter in the contract or policy #

    Any updates on this?  If one spouse has an insured product and the other spouse doesn't they call in to request one and we do it through letter generation but once they get the letter it doesn't have the same information listed such as cash value and irrevocable clause.  When this happens we wind up having to type a manual letter so that same information listed which is causing double calls and double work
