Give DIGicon Support the ability to change Roles.

We would like the ability to change a role for a person's online access.  If they register as the wrong role (a customer signs up as an agent instead of a customer).  This can easily happen.

    This already exists for processors. If you go into a users username and click into the id number you need to change there should be a link in the top right hand corner to change roles. If the link is not there then you need authority to it and it can be requested through a TAR. The security ID for the change roles is OAC115
