Premiums do not default to 0.00 if a modal factor override is added after the pay up date

when I enter in a Modal factor override on a policy that should be paid up already the premiums default to 0.00 even though the paid to date has not reached the pay up date and more premiums need to be applied.  A premium should always be listed until the paid to date reaches the pay up date (doesn't apply to annuities)
