Auto complete the current death benefit letter in letter generation

Customer Service has many, many request for current death benefits, these are for customers that have NOT passed away, but need this amount for medicare/social security or tax purposes.  In order to process the letters,we go terminations, death benefit estimate put in the company, contract number and date, submit then we have to save the image, next  we go to letter generation and request the letter, we then enter the amount onto the letter.  The letter can then be found in images, then you save the letter to workflow attach it with the the quote you pulled send it to someone to proof and then you can send it on.  A very lengthy process.  IF they system would generate the letter much like a d/c quote, but NOT suspend the contract. This would save time in requesting the letter, having someone proof the letter.  It could be emailed, faxed or mailed easily as it would be straight from the system. Thus saving us much needed time for other processes

    This feature already exists. You just need to add ServiceDeathBenefit to the template program list and utilize the fields within it to auto populate the death benefit on the letter. The DB fields needed for the template are InsuranceDBAmount and FuneralHomeDBRefund. It works just like the current Policy Anniversary Statements

    This is a wonderful idea and would save tons of time and paper :)
