examples of these are SM1291131 & SM1139095 that were both reinstated on 12/15. I reinstated applied premiums and generated a reinstate letter through letter generation, I then found there were 2 reinstate letters. The letter I requested and a letter that generated automatically through reinstate process. The one that was generated through reinstate process has the paid to date before the payments to reinstate have applied so it shows an incorrect dates. If we want this letter to automatically generate then maybe they can generate during the nightly run so the paid to date will be correct. If we want these to really generate automatically we have to keep in mind that depending on product it may be relapsed the same day it was reinstated.
