Rebecca had brought it to my attention that there are several different options to select when she logged in as an agent. Agents should not have the authority to select E-Aftercare as that is a subscription program via Marketing, DIGIclaim is handled thru Claims Department. Agents normally are not able to select what type of access they think should be there. Melissa King had mentioned in a Hierarchy meeting, the Sales Managers might have access to police who should have FH access, EAftercare...etc. Not sure if this is in the works, but wanted to let you all know.

This screen is only available to admins for that account and in house personnel. This is working like it should. Agents will not be able to give themselves access to things.
