EPO calculator

It would be awesome is there was a Early Pay Calculator on each premium paying policy.  It should calculate the pay off amount for 6 months same as cash, and a pay off for each month.  This would be a huge benefit to our customers and staff to prevent misinformation and time on a phone call.

If on statement direct premium notice and not on email or coupon billing, we will need to be sure the payoff includes one billing fee.

The system should be able to calculate 6 months same as cash and 7-12 month payoff which is same as cash plus the $180.00 fee plus any applicable billing fee.

I agree with Elaine & Jessie.  This would be "original contract amount" MINUS the "paid in amount" plus any applicable fees (billing fee of $2 and or the $180 processing fee).

    Thanks,

    Teresa
