When we pay a funeral home that is set up on direct deposit, there is a section that shows up for email notifications. Is there a way for another option to be added for letter generation, and have a yes or no option, defaulted to yes. We have several funeral homes that do not wish to have their deposit receipts mailed to them so we have no need for the claim letter, and by being able to select which letters do not generate we will be able to stop wasting paper by printing those letters that are just going to end up shredded.
