Currently when a client file is being created an address is not required. This creates problems with correspondence generated for a contract. If there is no address in a client file for a contract, neither the name or contract number are put on some correspondence created. This causes a problems for the people working policies and customer service when they are trying to work their correspondence.

We are unable to prevent a client from being added if there is no address because we can't stop users from hitting cancel, closing the browser, etc. However, we can throw an error if a user is trying to attach a client relationship for a client with no address. I have talked with Amy and this is actually the problem this idea is trying to fix. We will implement an error check when attaching client relationships.
