When a customer request OA using contract # ID and did an EPO, original contract is cancelled & reissued adding A, need it to automatically link the 2 contracts.

Right now when customer puts in their original contract number as ID and the new number has an A if we enable the OA all the customer will see is the cancelled contract not the reissued one. Will save customers being upset at us, calling us wanting to know why their contract was cancelled and we won't need to send the customer an email explaining why we can't enable their OA using the original contract number and why they have to request again using the reissued number.
