As of now, the only option we have to send annual policy statements to our customers is to manually type this letter and mail it. We have to put in a follow up note to remind us each year. These notes are then printed in the morning paperwork and dispersed to the person who put in the note. We then have to type up the letter and mail it to the customer. It would be greatly beneficial if we could request the letter each year in the same way as we would request a balance letter to be generated.
