By law we have to generate current death benefit letters. We have numerous contracts that are several years old and we can not locate a current address for these individuals. When we continue to mail letters year after year knowing the address is incorrect, it cost money and time. If we could have a way to stop the letters from going to the mail que this would solved the problem. My thought is, if the contract is put on NN for no notice and that triggered the automatic current death benefit letters from being mailed. The letters would still generate and be placed in images, but the cost of letterhead, envelopes, postage and man hours would be saved, thus saving the company money.
